By-the-by, I heard from Terry about the grilled Havarti sandwich I previously mentioned that we enjoyed at that restaurant in Redlands, and she graciously reminded me that the sandwich wasn't veggie, it had bacon in it. How could I forget bacon?????The name of the restaurant is Briskets and is located on Orange in Redlands, CA.
Crusty Country Special
Crispy bacon, fresh oregano leaves, Havarti on a crusty French bread, grilled. With a fresh--and I mean fresh--fruit garnish. Heavenly!
